Step 1: Meeting bookers organize a meeting with a "green package" at Van der Valk Hotel Breukelen.
Step 2: For each "green package" arrangement, a tree is planted per two people to contribute to a greener planet and to offset part of the CO2 emissions from the trip and from visitors to the meeting.
Step 3: A certificate is displayed in the meeting room showing the number of trees planted as a result of that meeting.
Step 4: The number of trees is entered in the Hotels for Trees portal.
Step 5: Once the number of trees to be planted have been processed, it is possible to find a total number in a report on the Meetings for Trees website!
Step 6: Meetings for Trees, with the help of Trees for All, ensures that the trees are planted in various afforestation projects at home and abroad.
